This is my secret. I am 22 years old, 5'8" and 136lbs, my GW is 125lbs. 122lbs to get my tattoo. Here's the thing, I love my body. I want this to be a place to learn, encourage, and love one another.
It's okay to desire to be skinny. As long as you give yourself some loving too. None of these images are mine unless stated. Please ask/tell me anything!

Unfortunately I don’t offer any tips in this area of thinspiration. I don’t like the idea of encouraging others to learn or try to learn unhealthy habits. If you are trying to learn how to throw up successfully the best way is not too. It always catches back up with you and absolutely ruins your esophagus. Not to mention the emotional tolls. Your body doesn’t learn to burn calories if you throw them up. You’ve got to train your body to burn calories by working out and restricting your intake of food on a reasonable level. Yea I’d say so. They say it takes someone 30 days to make or break a habit. If you keep up with it, you’ll at least begin the habit of working out for at least 20 minutes every day. I’m almost done and I’ve really enjoyed doing it. I also posted pics of me that were taken a few days ago. Good luck shredding!

Actually I have yet to make it to 122. I was at 125 for a while but that all went downhill this past week because it was my best friend’s 21st and we went to a chocolate bar (yum) then I came home to visit my parents who have been making me my favorite foods non stop. So I’m back up to 130 (whoa) but I started 30 day shred today and ran for a bit and will get myself back down to at least 125 by Christmas. 

Thanks for asking! It’s cool to think someone cares about that.

Hmm it really varies a lot. I haven’t counted my calories via livestrong in 2 or 3 weeks cause I’ve been really sick so I’ve just kinda been eating if my throat isn’t sore which is rare :( average I’d say about 950 to 1100.
