Guy tries to give me his number. I don’t want it so I say I don’t have my phone on me. Phone gets text in my purse. I smile and say “cool purse huh?” and sprint outta that subway so fast. Never again can I go to that subway. lolololol
Usually I was running 5-6 times a week… BUT now that my idiot knee has decided it no longer needs to function I can’t run at all. Depressing I know.
So lately I’ve been doing the 30 day Shred video because it’s got enough cardio to get my heart rate up but isn’t too much to make my knee start hurting. It’s a full body work out in 20 minutes. Can’t really complain ha.
For others though I’d definitely say you need to be doing cardio 4-6 times a week (and by that I don’t mean jumping jacks I mean you should run bike or swim) for 10 or more minutes. And working your core 3-4 times a week.
